Liked: They are very welcoming here and encourage mingling amongst guests, its a good place to meet up with fellow like minded travellers.

Disliked: The only issue I had was a booking issue I booked more days than I actually stayed then when I made the amendments to leave they refused a refund for the days I was not going to stay any more.

Disliked: Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce lieu obtient une telle note. J'ai trouvé cet hotel déprimant, bruyant et l'état des sanitaires est immonde.

Liked: it was in a good location, offered good and reasonably priced privet tours to petra and the dead sea, the staff were amazing and very helpful, they did everything they could for me and even gave me free airport drop off after the issues that occured outside the city of amman due to political unrest, if i ever go back i would stay here again

Disliked: the bathrooms were not the cleanest but once you bring it to their attention they cleaned it for you, the bedroom were simple and not the best in condition but good for the price

Liked: The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location in Downtown Amman was good for both visiting the Roman Theater & Citadel, and also for local restaurants.

Liked: nothing!!!!!

Disliked: i can not list everything that was wrong because too many things were bad. The beds had bugs in them, dirty sheets, and even found a used condom under the bed. It was extremely noisy and over priced! when i went to take a shower there was a line and when i finally got the bathroom, there was no hot water. I did not feel comfortable by myself. I booked this hotel based upon reviews, which i now believe are fake!!!!! There was nothing good about this place. It was so extremely noisy from all the shops on the street below that i could not sleep before 2am everynight. The fan was broken in my bedroom, that i shared with another couple. It was extremely hot and the staff did nothing to answer our complaints! Do not stay here or i am sure you will find yourself writing a bad review as i am doing now.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful stuffs. Located in the heart of the city. Very convenient. The surrounding atmosphere is vibrant. Good value for the money.

Disliked: No kitchen open to the guests...There is only one toilet for dorms.

Liked: Right in the middle of the old town. Andrew, the manager was very nice and helpful. I'd stay again if I wanted to stay in the old town.

Disliked: Bit hot in the rooms and being so cheap you get what you pay for.

Liked: The owner Andrew, is fully of knowledge for Jordan. Ask him anything... he will have the best/cheapest/fastest way for you make sure you have the best time.

Liked: The location was fantastic, as there are plently of places to buy fresh juices or delicious food. In total me and my friend stayed in Cliff Hostel eight days, we felt safe and we were helped in almost every situation.

Disliked: the only knock is it isn't the cleanest but it's by no means terrible. What can you expect for 4 dinars a night?
