Disliked: Checkin staff not honouring the rate the room was booked at. They were also particularly unhelpful. Dirty bathroom/room. This was the start point for our tour which started the next day, and every person in the 10 person group had a complaint to make about the hotel

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I booked this hotel before a tour which started at the hotel. When the tour company changed the beginning date for the trip I emailed the Caravan hotel to tell them that I would be dstaying one night less. They did not reply so I had to assume that they received the email. Your website said that I couls change my booking up to 24 hours ahead of arrival without penalty. This did cause some discussion when I went to pay @ then the fellow charged me more per night than I had booked for with your website. He insisted that I pay the extra even though I had all the printed copies of the documentation.

Liked: Very spacious room, in old fashioned style, with a nice balcony.Very close to Abdali station and JETT bus station.Air contioned included.
Disliked: May be it needs some restauration.
