Liked: Location but it was very noisy. Free use of their computer.

Disliked: It was filthy. By far the worst place I have ever stayed in in my life.

Liked: top notch location

Disliked: Cleaynliness- it was the most dirty place i ever seen not even china's hostels beat this one.

Liked: They have great tour packages if you are pressed for time. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The rooms are very basic, the tv in my room didn't work and the light in the bathroom was faulty. The breakfast was very basic as well and not filling.

Liked: Staff really helpful about getting from place to place in Jordan. They arrange day tours quickly and easily.

Disliked: It was noisy at the time because there were major road works happening on the street below (at night!)

Liked: Very close to downtown attractions (Citadel, Theater). In the heart of local culture and not in a touristy/posh location

Disliked: Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Needs to replenish toilet paper.

Liked: the location and the tours

Disliked: I booked for 3 nights, then I went to visit Petra and told them to move one of my nights for next day, instead they charged me 4 nights but I couldn't keep my room. If they were going to force me to pay another night, then I should have been able to leave my stuff at the room. I think it was dishonest, because they charged me and gave the room to someone else.

Liked: Breakfast included (nothing fancy but filled you up). Internet available at reasonable price. Close to amphitheatre and citadel. Was quiet so easy to sleep. Room was comfortable enough.
