Liked: I liked the location, it's very close to Akihabara and within walking distance to the imperial palace

Liked: I liked the clean, new rooms, comfortable beds and facilities in the rooms. This was all excellent, as was the daily cleaning service, included in the price. I thought the breakfast was good value for money but was let down as the hot food was cold, apparently a common complaint. The unlimited coffee was good though, and is pricey elsewhere...There is a 24/7 shop downstairs and reception is 24 hours. It really feels like a 4.5 star hotel with a couple of convention rooms on the first floor and flash leather couches in reception area. It comes with the stuff you would expect for that, including inroom safe, flatscreen TV, and all the razors and toothbrushes you can get through...I'll definitely stay here again. Wake up call and taxi advance booking was handy! A bit formal for the youth market looking for fun but fantastic value for a secure, modern and comfortable hotel.NB. I think there will be construction across the road for the next year or so, but it did not seem too noisy.
