Liked: Good location, 2 minutes walk from metro station. Clean rooms, large bathroom, free internet.

Disliked: The bathroom was very out-dated. No power socket in the bathroom, and the jacuzzi functions of the bath did not work.

Liked: They provided linens and various shampoos, soaps, lotions, etc.

Disliked: Lobby smelled like smoke. Staff older and not very friendly.

Liked: Reasonable sized rooms with gigantic bathrooms by Japanese standards, good supply of toursist information, helpful and friendly staff and fellow guests.

Disliked: Internet took 24 hours to come good which was worrying since a business meeting had not been finalised. Slightlyt dated hig-tech rooms with perplexing controls, a noisy bathroom gan could not be disabled, but earplugs dealt witth this

Liked: Very large rooms for Tokyo. Extensive selection of gels and soaps in the bathroom. Room control dashboard accessible from bed (lights, fans, even music.) High value for the money

Liked: Great location-right in the heart of Shinjuku, can't get any better than that. Big room-the first big room I had stayed in in all of Japan. The staff keeps the place super clean (free clean towels daily) and Free WIFI throughout the hotel not just the first floor like most places. As if all the aforementioned wasn't good enough, they have FREE drinks in the lobby for the guests...There's also an authentic Thai restaurant right across the street with pretty good food. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. I will definitely stay there again when I go back. Thanks NUTS!!!

Liked: The room was small but very comfortable. The location was the best we could have asked for.

Disliked: Shinjuku station is very big and hard to navigate with big luggage. The property was not close to the main station so it meant having to transfer. Not a huge issue but a small dislike.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late (23:30) and were still able to check in with no problem.

Disliked: A little bit hard to find the first time.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and when I knew where I was in Tokyo it was very easy to get to and from the hotel.

Disliked: The rooms were quite small. We had 3 people in one room but no room for our luggage.

Liked: Much larger room than expected. The nice touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee after a long trip were very welcome! 24 hour Reception is also very good.

Disliked: It was incredibly difficult to find at 10.30pm at night after arriving in Shinjuku from the airport. The map provided with the property details was of an odd scale and needed more landmarks to be effective. We resorted to asking a Policeman to decipher where we were and eventually found it after spending an 45 minutes longer than should have been necessary wandering around 3 blocks short of the actual location.

Liked: The interior design is fabulous... the name NUTS (New Urban Time and Space) speaks for itself. Small space becomes bigger. Color scheme of walls and ambiance of rooms and lobbies are pleasant.

Liked: really good location. the room was quite small, but the bathroom big and the jacuzzi really clean and fun! a bit too expensive to be a "hostel" but a nice place!
