Liked: Friendly, helpful staff, super fast WiFi, well kept ensuite bathroom, close to main sights in Asakusa, well lit rooms.

Disliked: No elevator meant lugging suitcases upstairs was difficult (however lovely staff helped us). A fair way out of Tokyo meant a bit of travel required to get to other districts.

Liked: Really nice little place, very near to Senso-ji temple, 20 mins into the middle of town on the subway. Nice area to be in, probably a good first stop in Tokyo before getting more into the middle when you know where you're going. GREAT staff, all English speaking, very welcoming and helpful. Let us borrow their camera charger which was brilliant of them.

Liked: The staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful and could not be faulted. When my room needed cleaning they even came and asked me when would be a convenient time for me, for them to come and clean. On my penultimate day in Tokyo my camera broke, so they lent me their own personal camera, to put my memory card in, for my final day so I still had a camera. I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you so much. いいホステルです。そして、私のカメラは壊れたとき、私にあなたのカメラ貸し出しました。東京は楽しんだ。 本当にありがとうございました。 サラちゃん。

Liked: Great location, nice staff, nice rooms.

Disliked: The bed and pillow. If I stayed here again I'd probably bring my own pillow. Their pillows are essentially little bean bag type things.

Liked: Very friendly reception staff. Good heating. Close to metro station.

Liked: This hostel was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a private twin and everything was great - the room was spotlessly clean, free wifi in the room was excellent, plenty of hot water for the showers and heated room to combat the cold outside, and the staff are so friendly and went out of their way to help us out with information about events and transport around Tokyo. Such a great bargain at this price and Asakusa is a great neighbourhood to explore and easily accessible to all other parts of Tokyo.

Liked: Very good place to stay in Tokyo. Staff gave us a map and the full directions how to get to the main places in Tokyo - it was very good idea! They speak very well English. Place is extremaly clean and if you want to experience the real life of Japanese people you should go to this hotel as there is like in the real Japanese home. You have to see it.

Liked: Asakusa is a really nice area - lots of shops and cheap places to eat. The hostel is a five minute walk to the metro and the rooms are clean if a little small.

Disliked: There's only one old computer for guest use and although Asakusa is nice, it is at the opposite end of the city to a lot of the attractions so you end up doing some pretty long metro trips.

Liked: Great place to stay. Great location. Not far from subway at all. Reasonable price. Safe and quiet at night. All of the staffs are very nice and helpful and very informative.

Liked: lovely traditional touches with yukata, teaservice and folding table and very helpful and obliging staff. however common area quite small and difficult to hang around and meet people.

Liked: Location was excellent and staff were extremely helpful. On arrival they provided us with a mpa and directions from the hostel and closest subway station to all the local sites and good places to eat. Very clean and tidy.

Liked: staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dont stay here if you want to party as it is a quiet part of tokyo but this is what I loved. Very accessable and convenient to central tokyo.
