Liked: The internet in my room was pretty sweet! Also the staff were helpful but laidback, and the fact there was no curfew was nice. Also the location was really easy to get to, and a close enough walk to the station without being in a ridiculously crowded area. Generally a rather splendid place to stay :) Both thumbs up for this hotel!

Liked: It was extremely clean, which was wonderful since I had stayed at the Four Seasons for the first 6 nights in Tokyo. (The man who cleans the 7th floor deserves a raise & a medal for his attention to detail). I also enjoyed meeting people from so many different countries...The friendly international atmosphere actually made it more fun than staying at a 5-star hotel!

Liked: The hotel was very close to the JR line that circles Tokyo so it was really convient for accessing the city.

Liked: Although the hostel is very clean, we didnt see any lockers in our dorm which was the size of a shoe box, yet they still managed to squeeze 3 sets of bunk beds in leaving absolutely no room for your backpacks and definately no room to move. The lounge area was non-existant two chairs and a coffee table in the lobby!!! Kitchen was well equiped. Although the staff were pleasant unless you asked you were told nothing about the faculities etc.
