Liked: Secure clean small single room. Fit for purpose. Staff were helpful and spoke several languages. Good access to other parts of the city

Disliked: If you want to party, there may be better places. Everyone looked pretty chilled out, but that was fine for me because the real party is in other parts of Tokyo.

Liked: The Belgian beers offered in the 24 hour cafe.

Disliked: The really bad beds the offer. For the same amount of money you could sleep at a bussineshotel with beter beds, own bathrooms, beter aircon and more service.

Liked: It was secure, privatem and very clean!

Disliked: The cleaning staff barged into my room DESPITE the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN hanging on the door! Hello? Can't you read, eh, cleaning lady???

Liked: The staff was very helpful and the hostel was located very close to the metro. There were also a number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby for quick meals and supplies.

Disliked: The rooms were very tiny -- like glorified closets -- and all the bathroom facilities were shared. It was no more than a minor inconvenience but still detracted from the experience.

Liked: downstairs cafe, friendly atmosphere and got to know other travellers. The staff were very helpful and gave us good directions and tips!

Liked: This hostel was easy to find and was right in the middle of the train network so easy to get places. Staff were very friendly and rooms very quiet and clean. Not huge but unless your planning to spend your time in japan in a room- who cares!

Liked: The staff were excellent and spoke perfect English. The environment was suited to meeting new people and the location was great to reach all areas of the city via the tube. The hostel was very clean and easy to find.

Liked: This hostel was allright! Clean, good size on rooms and nice location. Close to imerial palace and subway! Also close to foodstore, 7eleven etc which is good! On the downside I would say that I think a towel could be included in the room, but than again renting was really cheap so there was never a problem! I would go here again!

Liked: Good place to set up camp but a bit out of the way if you are planning on going out late into Tokyo. Subways end at 12am so anticipate an expensive ride back or a very late night out waiting for the first subway at 5am.

Liked: Great hostel: cheap, clean, friendly and quite close to main touristic areas. The only drawback I reckon is that dorms are in the basement so be sure to set up your alarm clock to arrive on time at Tsukiyi market.

Liked: Easy to find if you follow the directions. If sleeping in the dorms on B1 remember to set an alarm, I slept in until 12pm one day as there wasn't daylight to wake me!

Liked: Being next to a subway on the Shinjuku line is very useful.Everything cllean and safe but then the whole of Japan seems to be...Fun at any hostel always depends on who just happens to be there at the time you are and you can never really account for it...Coming from Narita can be a bit of an adventure to any one arriving.involving a couple of changes which are easy anyway but an easy but slow option is to change once at Motowata to the Shinjuku line.
