Liked: Clean and well-kept, close to lots of restaurants and the 'real' Kobe. Friendy staff, good cleaning service - Ifresh towels and made bad after one night.

Liked: Loved the neighborhood! I always felt safe walking around at all hours while being entertained by the life of the streets. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. By American standards, the room was small but I found it to be comfortable and very clean.

Liked: The staffs are very polite and kind. The room is neat and clean. It is very convenient to go shopping and to the train or bus stations from the hotel. And it's quiet at night. I enjoyed the stay in Kitagami very much. And if I go Kobe again, I will definitly choose Kitagami to stay.

Liked: Rooms are fully equipped from fancy electronic toilets to pay-per-view porn, but are very very very small.

Liked: It was very close to the Sannomiya subway station and the main shopping districts but it was very quite and removed from people. If you are looking for a place to sleep and not meet people this is the place for you. If you are looking for a lively place to stay this is not the best choice.All in all it was a nice clean place to sleep and I would recommend it to people who are just interested in sleeping there.
