Liked: Friendly and kind staff. They gave us a lift from and to places we came from and went to.... sport facilities and outdoor onsen are great. Also, lake view from the room was so stunning!

Liked: The rooms are spacious and it has beautiful view of the lake. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly.
