The nearest JR station becomes an Appi Kougen station.
Please change to the Gingatetudou line in the Touhoku Shinkansen Morioka station. you will then arrive at Appi Kougen station - exit here.
Or, the bus bound for the Appi Kougen leaves from the Morioka station Bus terminal. The bus arrives at the nearby Appi plaza.
