An excellent choice for the undemanding traveler who values the charm of a family owned and managed resort. Excellent mid beach location with rooms on the beach and garden side of the property!
Welcome to White Sands Negril where ....Clients are able to relax on one of the quietest parts of Negril's famous seven-mile beach. Restaurants, bars, water-sports and shows are all within easy walking distance. Simply stated...this is the best value vacation in Negril!

Types of Rooms:
One Bedroom Apartment (5 units)
These are our largest units, comprising a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has one double and one twin bed. The living room has two additional twin beds. Each Apartment has a private porch with table and chairs. All units located on the first floor on the beach side of the road. Quad occupancy maximum.
Deluxe Room (8 units)
Each room has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, a refrigerator and a balcony with table and chairs. Bedding is one double bed and one twin bed. All units located on the second floor on the beach side of the road. Triple occupancy maximum.
Standard Room Garden Side ( 26 units )
Located across the road from the beach (approx. 1 1/2 minutes walk to beach). Each room contains a refrigerator and a private balcony or porch with table and chairs. Bedding is either one double bed or two twin beds. Double occupancy only.
Standard Room Beach Side ( 6 units )
Located on the beach side of the road, these rooms are slightly smaller than the Garden Rooms. Each room contains a refrigerator and a private balcony or porch with table and chairs. Bedding is either one double bed or two twin beds. Double occupancy maximum.
Villa (1 unit)
Sold on request only.
This four bedroom, four bathroom house with private pool, is ideal for families and groups. It contains a full kitchen, living room/dining room, gazebo, outside dining area, and a small atrium in the middle of the house. The Villa is located across the road from the beach, about 1 1/2 minutes walk to the water's edge.

Cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival $50 penalty. No show, full pay. Dec 15 – 24: Cancel 14+ days prior to arrival full refund less $50. Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival 50% penalty. Cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival, full pay. Children 17 and under are free. Two max children allowed in One Bedroom Apartment, one max child allowed in the Deluxe Room category. No children allowed in Standard Rooms. Note $3 per room per day energy surcharge and 10% tax on top of total.
