Liked: It's a motel, that says it all: a good place for stopping along the motorway, have a night rest, visit Verona quickly, and move on. Not a place to stay for longer.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Great breakfast, included in the price. Bus stop right in front of the motel. Free parking. Fast and free internet in the lobby. Nice and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Also there is a very nice restaurant close by called NaturaSi, which offered a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet of biologicly produced food.

Disliked: Make sure to lay down a towel when taking a shower, because the shower can easily drip on the bathroom floor. While the bus stop to the city is close to hotel, the returning bus stops farther away from the hotel. Make sure you don't miss the stop.

Liked: Very Stylish interior and comfortable rooms. The staff spoke loads of languages and were very helpful. The breakfast was also good.

Disliked: The location was a bit difficult, but there were regular bus services to the centre of town and the arena.

Liked: Friendly staff - at least part of it. Supermarket and the bus/train stations are a few hundert meters from hostel.

Disliked: WiFi is not available in rooms, only at the reception. Bathroom could be cleaner.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good.Really enjoyed my stay here and we ended up staying longer than expected.

Disliked: I found the bus timetables difficult.

Liked: close to bus stops that take you to the city and train station. good breakfast. staff were helpful and had bus timetables. wifi in rooms.

Disliked: weren't there for long enough to dislike anything.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Disliked: It was quite far away from Verona itself, but the bus service is fine and you can buy tickets at the hostel

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. We asked to change rooms because our first one smelt terrible - like stale cigarettes! The second one was not a lot better and we decided to pay for the night but go and stay somewhere nicer. On explaining to the staff we were not happy with the room because of the smell and were leaving, they were still very friendly and helpful!

Disliked: the rooms were soom smelly and didn't feel crystal clean. The location was not very good and although they are honest on the website about being out of town it I'd a fairly bad bus ride tontown which doesn't run overly frequently. We ended up preferring to pay twice as much and be in the city centre in a non smelly hotel. Especially for Verona is it worth paying more to be in the centre if you don't have a car because there is not much out side the old town

Liked: Very good service in English and German. Information about car parking and interesting sights in Verona.

Disliked: No wireless internet in the room.

Liked: Great staff. Really put in the effort to make our stay enjoyable. One of the guys even went out of his way to make us a cup of tea! Good value breakfast and cheap accomm.

Disliked: The air con was too high the first night but after we let them know it was ok. I thought it was quite comfortable and good quality.

Liked: Great cheap hotel, out of Verona but within easy reach of the city (15 minutes on a bus, bus stops are very close to hotel). Also close to a bus to Lake Garda. Rooms are very large (ours even had a couch!), and bathrooms are great (we had a bath!) and very clean. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is wonderful too.

Disliked: The only problem was not having wireless internet in the rooms. But there are 2 free fast internet computers downstairs, and also a cable to plug into your laptop to use the internet (free too).

Liked: Excellent value for money and a really great hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with free internet and other facilities. The breakfast is also great!

Disliked: The location isn't the closest to the city and does require a bus ride, however, these are fairly frequent and cheap.

Liked: The position of the hotel is very good, breakfast is excellent.

Disliked: There is no free WiFi connection available in rooms, however there are computers in the reception room available so as paid WiFi service.

Liked: This place was amazing in every single way. Its very easy to get to by bus, and buses are very frequent. Excellent rooms, nice and spacious, breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely helpful at every hour :) Will definitely come again if I go to Verona :D

Disliked: The only thing I could mention is perhaps that we ran out of toilet paper and had to specifically go to ask for it. But other than that eveything went excellent.
