Liked: The reception staff were very accommodating - staying open late to let us back in after a night out, and looking after luggage after checkout.

Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great - simple, standard stuff.

Liked: good location to the city attractions, not too far from the train station

Disliked: shower only had hot water, so avoiding a burn got a bit annoying

Liked: Good location as s just next to Castelvecchio.

Disliked: A bit old and not so clean & tidy. Not having too much choice on breakfast. But it would be a good one if you have budget limit.

Liked: The location of this hotel is amazing. Right in the heart of the old town, 10 minute walk to bus and train station. The room was quite basic and we had a shared bathroom, but it suited our purpose

Liked: good locationthe breakfast was very basic,the hotel was everyday closed between 13 and 16 o'clock, you get a key so you can enter the hotel at that time.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere of the place and its location - it was close to the city centre without being noisy, actually it was very quiet which is something I particularly value.

Liked: The receptionists are friendly and the location is just walking distance to the Arena. The bizarre thing is that you have to hold the handler while taking a shower, there is no way to fix the handler. The flushing is very noisy. It is ok overall.

Liked: It has a really great location and the staff are helpful... There were families, couples; young and old and adults staying at the hotel. Although the internet did not work in the lobby, this had no bearing on my stay and the facilities. Great value for the location. It is a place to stay when stopping though, not for a long term stay.

Liked: In a good location, near the Arena. A bit of a walk uphill from the train station, but I'm sure a bus goes up that way. Rooms were okay value, we had a shared bathroom, which was located next to our room and only used by the occupants of another room on the first night. Breakfast was very good.

Liked: Excellent location, especially if you are going to Verona Arena. Key for front door means you can arrive back late. Remember, dated accomodation is reflected in price.Very friendly, helpful staff.
