Liked: The location of this hotel is really good lots of shops nearby and close to S.Toma waterbus stop. The breakfast is good too!

Disliked: The address given on the website is wrong, we had a hard time finding the place.

Liked: Location was excellent. Room was clean and well presented. Sheets were made daily and bathroom cleaned.

Liked: The location is awesome! Two minute walk from the San tomo stop

Disliked: The place smells awful from the minute you walk in the door! There's cracks and the ceiling, the sink doesn't stop running, the shower over flows, the window in the shower is falling off and it doesn't even open to the outside!!

Liked: The room was quite inexpensive for venice and easily located from the vaporetto.

Disliked: The sheets were not changed, the shower rooms were difficult to change in so you had to walk around the hotel in a towel, the staff was not very helpful, and the breakfast was just stale bread/croissant.

Liked: For Venice the price of the hotel was very reasonable and it was in a good location. Breakfast included (only breads though) and staff are very friendly.

Liked: Good location: 3 min from a vaporetto stop, 5 min walk to San Rocco and Frari, 15 min walk to Rialto. Easy to find.The room was quite small and shabby but clean. No safe deposit. The breakfast was really frugal - coffee and a croissant

Liked: Hotel Iris was really convenient to everything. It's about a minute walk from the St. Toma vaporetto stop, so that makes everything very easy. Our Room wasn't looking over/onto a canal but it did look out onto the street and the canal was right around the corner. Breakfasts are normal, just a criossant and some toast with jellies, etc., but it's great because the nice woman attending will give you a second serving of cafe or cappuccino if you really need it! Which my husband and I did! The front desk staff was quite helpful but the restaurant staff/service/options could have been a little better. Overall, for the price it was pretty good, but would recommend it for the location, cleanliness (although very very small rooms) and 24 hour reception.

Liked: nice bedroom and beds and breakfast. The Internet announced is only wireless connection for your own laptop not access to a computer with Internet.
