All the rooms have telephone, hair dryer, and television. All the rooms are at the first floor level, and a complete maintenance of the hotel is done every year.

The hotel has a very central location in Venice historical centre, just two minutes from Rialto Bridge and three minutes from San Marco Square.

As the hotel also has an entrance on one of Venice best known canals, it is possible to reach it directly by water taxi or gondola. Some rooms are overlooking the canal and others face Faccanon palace where also the famous Giacomo Casanova once lived.
