Liked: Very friendly staff, excellent location, breakfast is not as bad as the other comments suggest.

Disliked: We stayed in November when it was freezing cold outside. Despite the heater, the room was a little chilly.

Liked: Located on the second street to the left of the train station it's location couldn't be better. The room was clean although the decor was a little dated. Accommodation is extremely expensive in Venice. Breakfast was included although wasn't really up to much.

Disliked: The breakfast could be better for the price you pay.

Liked: definately the location. the best possible and easy to find. for venice choose this as it's almost in the train station :)

Disliked: breakfast could be much better. 1 cheese and no meat. c'mon.

Liked: Super close to the train station. Guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful.

Disliked: A bit expensive compared to other places we stayed in Italy. But overall it was a nice place and great location.

Liked: Nice accommodation for a very reasonable price. Very near the train station.

Disliked: No elevator. If you have lots of luggage, you'll have to carry them thru the stairs. But if you travel light, then this place is highly recommended.

Liked: Clean and neat at a superb location. Less than 5 min walk from the trainstation. Nice folk at the desk.

Liked: Private room isreally good. It is3 minutes walk distance from the train station. Breakfast is good, includes buffet of butter, marmalade, crossant, tea or coffe, cornflakes. it doesn't have a great scene but since its location is great, it worths. At least it is a 2-star hotel.

Liked: I really didn't expect this! I read a lot here and I thought that hotel should be awful.we were 7 people in 3 and 4 beds room and for a 2 star hotel ( in comparison with 4 star hotel I had in Antwerpen, Belgium) It was super clean and nice.completely recommended.
