Liked: It was great that they had a 24hour reception, so even though we arrived late at night, we didn't have any trouble getting our room. The man at the reception was very friendly and welcoming too. The other man in the day was helpful with providing information about Venice. Breakfast was at the restaurant next door, and was simple but sufficient. The room seemed a little dull and old, but it was clean nonetheless.

Disliked: The furniture in the room is a little old and furnishing in the room as well. Could do with a change in colour and design of the curtain and bedsheets to make the room look a bit brighter and less old.

Liked: The location was easily to find. Let us check in early which was huge since we had a bit of luggage. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for a quick easy meal. Room was a little small but perfect size for what we were looking for.

Liked: One of the best restaurants in Venice - Ribot was next door, highly recommend. Location good between main centre and train station, east to find.

Liked: Great location: not crowded by tourists, very close to bus stop.easy walk go any where in Venice . Very clean. Friendly staff.

Disliked: Air conditioner was not working at times. When is was working it was very weak.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Very nice room for the price. Close to train station and a nice walk to Rialto, Piazza San Marco, etc.

Disliked: Night doorman was rather surly. It was before midnight and I was with my mother, we are not a crowd of drunken teenagers- there was no need to be rude just because we didn't know which unlabeled bell to ring to get his attention inside.

Liked: The location was very near the train station which made reaching the hotel upon our arrival very easy.

Disliked: The staff was extremely unfriendly, uninterested in helping, and rude. When we arrived back from our evening at 11:30pm the night clerk was next door in the bar drinking and we had to track him down in order to get in the door.

Liked: We arrived in st.Lucia railway station, and if you dont have too much to carry, its a quick 5min walk, we also arrived at night and venice is not easy to navigate, thus the map from the website proved to be very useful!! Its directions are terrific, service is great, and the advantage is that there is a baggage store. The room was large, with a spotless bathroom.

Disliked: Breakfast ends at 10.30, theres no kitchen or even a kettle, so it is difficult if you need to eat in your room. nothing else....

Liked: good location for those who come from railway station and plaza roma. Only 10minutes walk. Quite place. Friendly staff. We stay at 3rd floor, it is not convenient for those with big luggage. There is no lift. But for us, everything is fine. Nice room. We love it.

Liked: There was a hairdryer in the ensuite bathroom, with a great shower. We had a small television in the room. The place was clean and well-lit, and felt like a B&B.

Disliked: We had a double room with two twin beds pushed together that couldn't be pulled apart, because there was only one blanket and one sheet. We had to give the key in every time we wanted to go out, and as a result had to ring the outside bell every time we wanted to get back into the hostel.

Liked: Close to the train station. Breakfast had a good variety and the food was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Had an awesome gondola ride with Alex which was the highlight of Venice.

Liked: It was supper easy to get to the place and it had a every nice resturant too! It's within walking distance of everything.... the market, the squares and trasportation!

Disliked: the rooms was cozy! By this I mean a little small...! But, it has all the basics and I got by just nicely!
