Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small but nice, and just what was needed. Close proximity to laundry facilities was also helpful.

Liked: Location, very easy to get to from main train station. Nice breakfast every morning, possible to sit outside. Our room had airconditioning.

Disliked: Room was a bit smal, but seeing we were only in it to sleep it was ok

Liked: It was clean and it was close to the train station so we didn't have to carry our luggage a far distance. It is on the opposite side of St. Mark's square though. But we didn't mind the walk, it was not that long of a walk.

Disliked: no AC.

Liked: Very nealy train station.Location is good and safe.

Liked: The desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The room/ensuite were clean and attractive. The location was great. The breakfast was good and included a choice of coffees!

Disliked: No elevator!! and we were on the top floor.

Liked: Good value. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Reception was very friendly and helped to direct me through the city when i had questions. The locatoin was good. Kept you in an area you would want to be near many things. It was also vey quite down or street at night which was nice.

Disliked: All good exceot no A/C

Liked: The towels were ok. But wouldn't stay here again.

Disliked: Rude staff, no decaf coffee, unclean, but most of all, unsecured. We were traveling with some valuable items, but didn't feel the room was secure. The hotel's policy is to leave your key at the front desk when you leave and pick it up again when you return. This seemed crazy! The keys were labeled with the room numbers and left next to the desk for anyone to walk by and take. The safe in the room only required the key on the key chain and didn't need a code.

Liked: I loved the location, and the room was nice. Only problem was we left the windows open to sleep and got destroyed by mosquitoes all night.

Liked: It'S great to find a room right on the island and very close to the train station. We had the only room without WC, but it was fine concidering their was a sink in the room and we were the only ones to have access to the WC down the hall. Nice to save a few pesos in a moderatly expensive epic city! I recommend it to everyone!

Disliked: the night staff seemed a bit impatient... but that is to be expected when you get back at the hostel at 5 am

Liked: the staff is very nice and helpful, amazing location and great breakfast!

Disliked: it was a little dirty. The room was kind of small but i think that in Venice is everything like that.

Liked: Friendly staff who provided great advices on food. Room was very comfortable. Hostel was relative near to the railway station and bus station and was not difficult to find.

Disliked: Stayed at the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Had to carry our luggages up the stairs.

Liked: It was a very cute atmosphere. In general, the staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. Breakfast was good and a plus that it was included in the price.

Disliked: Well, on the surface everything looks nice and clean. Beware. The next morning, my roommate and I were covered in bed bug bites. Gross and painful. If that is what you would like to experience...go for it.

Liked: The convenient location to station, canals and sights.

Disliked: The twin room was very small, so we upgraded to a larger room with private bathroom and toilet.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes only a minute to walk to the Grand Canal, and it very close to the station and bus station. Despite the close proximity to the station and canal, it is a very quiet and pleasant street.

Disliked: Changed rooms due to a douple booking. However, both rooms were adequate and a generous discount was offered for the inconvenience. It did not impact on the stay.
