Antica Villa Graziella is a warm, family run hotel, with bed & breakfast treatment; it is located in Marghera, a Venice's mainland district, in a noiseless, quiet area, close to Mestre-Venezia train station (only 900 m by foot) and not far away from Milano-Venezia motorway's exit (1,5 km). Easy connection also to and from Venice (Marco Polo) and Treviso airports (Antonio Canova).

Children are always welcome with us; for them, up to three years old, we provide a small bed (crib) at no additional charge.
Small and medium sized pets are also welcome, as long as they are well behaved.

During spring and summer-time it is possible to have breakfast outdoors in our small and pretty garden, or sit under pergola's shade reading our books and touristic guides about Venice and Veneto.
Inside our garden, we offer a free parking area.

Hotel Antica Villa Graziella’s reception and parking is always open from seven in the
morning until midnight.

During check-in and check-out you may leave your luggage in the hotel, and your car at the front without an additional fee, this allows you to enjoy one more day in Venice and return in the evening.

* We do not have an elevator and there is a staircase from the lobby. If stairs are a problem for you, then our hotel is not a good choice.

Location Information

The public bus service guarantees 24 hours a day a connection between the hotel and the Venice historic center with only a 10 minute trip. The bus stop is only 400 meters away(5 minutes by foot) with buses every 10 minutes until 21:30, and every 20 minutes until 0:30, with hourly service guaranteed throughout the night. Each one-way bus ticket costs only 1,10 Euro (tickets and schedules are available in the hotel's reception).
In addition, within a few minutes walk you will find restaurants and pizza shops, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundromat, banks, etc. Nearby shopping centers (Panorama, Auchan, Le Barche) are reachable by bus.
