Liked: Very easy to find and located in a quiet street close to the railway station. Very helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. As we were a group of 28 adults and children the staff coped with booking in efficiently. I would certainly use this hotel again if in Turin for a short break. Excellent value for money. Small supermarket a few doors down which was useful for odds and ends. For breakfast there was a buffet that gave a good selection.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Liked: Nti bad for what you pay. The internet is expensive (10euros for 24hrs) and barely works at all, you need to keep reloading pages and it takes forever - I considered going to an internet cafe even though I'd already paid 15 euros. The room was quite small but comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

Disliked: Expenive internet that is also slow, smallish room, no English speaking staff in the mornings.

Liked: The kindness of the people in the reception, who also provided us very well of touristic information. Also, the interest of encouraging the responsable consume of water and light.

Liked: I like that it was not only close to the train station where we came from, but also the city of Torino! Not to mention the fantastic friendly, helpful service and yummy breakfast! I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. It is great value for money!

Disliked: Unfortunately there was no accon, and only a fan... so it was a little hot at night.

Liked: the hotel is located close to the city centre and the railway station, the rooms (or at least the one i was given) are really small though.

Liked: Nice staff, good location, quiet (at least we didn't hear anything from the other rooms but that could be due to not that many guests staying there at the time - the place isn't what you could call sound proof) and quite satisfactory considering our needs. Located near the main station Porta Nuova but not in a loud commercial area, you can find loads of nice little restaurants and a marketplace within a few blocks and it's not a long walk to the more commercial area either.Otherwise a nice place with breakfast included and all, but a big minus is no free internet. You have to pay good money even to use the wireless connection and the internet point (one computer, in the reception lobby) is not cheap as you can't purchase less than 30min worth of internet time. You get to use it in stages, thiugh, so if you're staying longer it's fine I suppose.

Liked: Via balbi (the street the hotel is on) may feel a little bit sketchy with all the 1 and 2 star hotels, but it is close enough to the main sights and a good price. Once up on the third floor (no elevator), the hotel is fine.
