Liked: Very close to central trainstation, citymap for free at the hotel, great breakfast (not only typically italian and sweet but also cheese, prosciutto, boiled eggs, salami,...), giant room for two and nice bathroom, it was warm in the room but still ok (because of other comments complaining about hot rooms)

Disliked: very noisy if you open the window (well,it`s an italian city :-), bumping noises from above almost all day -maybe they worked while we were there

Liked: The property is split over a few floors of a building, so it's spacious and the rooms don't feel too squashed in. The breakfast was nice.

Disliked: One of the matresses was basically just springs, and would have been impossible to sleep on if we needed to.

Liked: It was in a very good location, 10 minute walk from the train/bus station and in the city centre, 5 minutes away from Piazza Unita d'Italia. Very central!

Disliked: We chose the shared bathroom, and it turns out there's one bathroom with both the shower and toilet in for one whole floor, which when full could be a lot of people! Luckily we didn't have any problems with using the bathroom. But just something to be aware of. Also it says reception is open 24hours but it isn't, we had to leave at 5am, and there was no one there.

Liked: Rooms were large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, good variety and choice. Cheap parking nearby which hotel found for us. Very helpful staff. Central position close to many coffee shops and restaurants.

Liked: Good location. Value for money. Spacious rooms.

Disliked: No card machine to pay outstanding balance. Informed on arrival possibility of no room available. Charged tourist tax does not state this on website.

Liked: I like very much the breakfast and the big rooms. And it is very close to the bus, railway station and city center.

Disliked: It was a lot of noise at nigth because the room walls are very slim, and lift makes a lot of noise.

Liked: It's situated right in the heart of the city.

Disliked: We had a room where practically no sunlight ever entered, only electrical light. This might become kind of depressing. On the other hand, except for sleeping, we didn't spend any time in the room.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: Do not expect to get a lot of sleep in this hotel. There is no air con in the rooms. If it is hot you have to open the windows and it is very very noisey outside all the way through the night.

Liked: My son (12 years) was with me and he thinks it was fine you had four (4) internet at your place. It was easy to look after timetables and the next place to go, because there was not anyone waiting...

Liked: Staff is helpfull and our room was spacious and clean.

Disliked: It's not a hostel, so there is no common room where you can meet other people. The bathroom wasn't very clean; buggs!

Liked: The room was large and pleasant, with a nice little balcony, and it was centrally located. The staff was very friendly and offered to keep our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Breakfast was tasty.

Disliked: The friendly flies in the shower.

Liked: No WiFi at the moment but was informed would be coming worry about the fact that the last few times booking accommodation we have been put in single beds. I know we are in our sixties but we still like to sleep in the same bed where possible. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was really quite good. Better than most.

Liked: my boyfriend and i stayed here for one night. We asked for a double room and got a four person room. Not that this was terrible, just not what we wanted. The hostel is in a good location if you are coming from the train station but would not recommend this as a nice place to stay. Very average for the price tidy but not clean but felt a bit like staying in conference room. Did offer breakfast which was nice but we were not able to avail of it. They also had 1/2 hour free internet per guest which was nice, though their wireless hasn't started to work yet.

Liked: I thought it was a little frustrating that they claimed to have wi-fi but then didn't. I understand that this was due to some long-standing technical issues, but until those issues are resolved, the property should not be advertising this as a service. I picked this property because it claimed to have the same facilities on offer as the other place I was looking at, with a twin room, which I had preferred. But had I realised the wi-fi would not have been available, I would have booked a different place that had it. The computer provided did give me internet access, but I had counted on being able to get information on to my personal device to take on with me.
