Villa Regina

Villa Regina is situated in the centre of the small medieval town of Castelmola, only a few kilometers from the famous Taormina.

Situated in the heart of the historical centre, near the ancient little church of San Giorgio and in a pedestrian area, it is an ideal place to relax and spend time romantically, admiring the sea and the lovely bay of Taormina – a place of exceptional natural beauty. In fact, it is in a quiet position and at the same time is strategically placed from a panoramic point of view. It has a small garden. You will have to collect the keys from the Bar San Giorgio, in San Antonino Square (same owners of the apartments).

CASTELMOLA: Above Taormina on the slope of the mount, for whose beauty and panorama viewed from the site, ancient populations called it Mount Venere (Venus), a rise on the middle of the coast between the mount and the sea, solidly ‘anchored’ to the actual rock, almost astride a large rock mass, for the great part entirely inaccessible, if it were not for some natural passes, is Castelmola. Apart from relaxing in Castelmola, you can drink the famous “ALMOND WINE”, made from special grapes, secret essences and Sicilian almonds, and it can be best tasted in the famous and ancient Caffé San Giorgio.
