Liked: The property is well located in the heart of Sorrento and is well presented and comfortable. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to provide us with our extra requirements. I would recommend the Savio to anyone looking to stay in Sorrento.

Disliked: The hotel is relatively expensive, and we were dissapointed to be paying so much for bunk beds in one of our rooms

Liked: The staff at the Savoia where very friendly and helpful, they reccomended a very good good place to eat which served traditional italian meals and pizza's at a good price. This was very helpful as Sorrento is quite pricey if you wish to eat more then pizza slices, the staff can call make a booking for you and you are picked up and dropped off for free (the place is about 5 mins away for the hotel...up a hill). The Savioa is very well located and is only a short walk from the main square which makes it easy to reach if you are coming in by bus, ferry or train. The hotel does not offer any facilities other then b'n'b however with Sorrento, Capri, Pompii etc right on your door step why would you want to stay in?

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. They also had an amazing breakfast each morning including pancakes. One of the best places for your money.

Liked: RosaMarie and all her staff were fantastic, very heplful, and as we spoke little or no Italian they helped in everyway they could. The breakfast was superb you gotta try the pancakes.

Liked: it's a hotel, not a hostel. it was a lovely small family run hotel full of older british couples (usually 50+) so it was lovely but not a hostel.

Liked: We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. We had a really really nice stay and would most definately go back as well a recommend to our friends and colleagues. Excellent value.

Liked: This is really more a hotel than a hostel, but it was exactly what my friend and I needed! It was a lovely, clean and cheap hotel about a 5min walk from Tasso Square in Sorrento. The owners where lovely and I hope to return very soon and stay with them again!

Liked: Very central location-just minutes from the towns main square. Very close to bus and train station for trips around Amalfi Coast and to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. Great breakfast. Nice homely atmosphere and very pleasant staff.
