Liked: Did not find this place good value for money. It was walkable into Sorrento town centre - but only via a long, winding, busy and pavementless road! We ate lunch there one day and were disappointed with the quality of the food. Breakfast was also of a poorer quality than other (cheaper) places we had stayed. The room was OK - it had a great view and a balcony but only a door, no windows! Wouldn't really recommend it.

Liked: Definitely a fantastic place to stay..full of character, with the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced. And the views were phenomenal!

Liked: The staff were the friendliest I have ever met at an hotel, but at the same time they remained professional and efficient. When I invited my family for a meal at the hotel they contributed to it being a wonderful and memorable occasion, which has now become a priceless memory. Liked: Price, staff were helpful and friendly. However, I was blocked in in the hotel carpark, found it impossible to locate any staff to help early in the morning and consequently missed my flight home.
