Liked: nice cozy place right at the shore, one could see the sea from our room.

Disliked: Slightly difficult to get to the centre of Sorrento, it was slightly further away than I thought.

Liked: the wifi was awesome and the cooking facitlites werent bad. its a good place to meet other travelers.

Disliked: very noisy! and hard to find if you dont take notes down of the street address and have a map. the staff were fustrating and abit rude and isnt the cleanist.

Liked: I loved it, but i did not like the fact that the address for this hostel is incorrect. Could not find it on tomtom. You must use SAINT AGNELLO, so do not punch in Sorrento in tomtom , because you will not find it. We had to ask so many people, where this place was. Sure the discription on website is correct, but the confirmationm email you get from hostel bookers is not correct

Liked: A really great hotel, converted from an old convent, and with wonderful coast views (at least from our room!) Great internet facilities, wifi and two free computers. Beautiful, clean and atmospheric. The walk to sorrento is 20 minutes, or 5 mins by bus. But, the resraurant with the best view of the coast is 100m away, and you would never discover it if you stayed in sorrento proper. Highly recommended!

Liked: This is a really nice place to stay. It is at a beautiful location next to the sea with beaches (private--worth the cost--and public) just a few steps away, which was perfect after a long hot day in the sun at Pompeii. The staff was friendly and the area felt really safe. The rooms were pretty basic but clean--had an international plug in which was great. The only downside is that it is about a ten minute walk to the train stop (only bad when you are carry heavy luggage) and about a 30 min walk to the main part of Sorrento. Since the area is quite picturesque and feels very safe, even at night, this is not too bad.

Liked: Was not the best location as it was around a 20 minute walk into Sorrento, but still a nice relaxing stay as we were travelling as a couple. Instructions from the train station weren't very clear so it took us a while to find the place, not helped by us taking a right outside the train station instead of left!! Would reccommend for a relaxing stay but not the best place to meet other travellers or for location.

Liked: Spacious, clean, helpful staff. 20 min walk from Sorrento. Closest train is St Agnello. Taxis aren't cheap so avoid them!

Liked: The hotel is one train stop before Sorrento, about a 3 min ride, but a world away from the noise and traffic of Sorrento. The area called San Agnello is quiet and has a view of the water. The train provides easy access into Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples (yuke to Naples!). The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty. A very good value.

Liked: The stuff there was very helpful for us to travel around Sorrento. The place was clean, great breakfast and has free internet. The location is quite far from the station and was hard to find. However, you can see beaufitul coast of Sorrent just in front of the hostel, which is so amazing.

Liked: the staff were very nice and helpful. the location is ok, but there is not heaps in the actual town of sant agnello, so you do spend alot of time getting to and from where you want to go, ie. sorrento, surrounding sights.

Liked: the service was terrific...best place we staid in Italy, though it was the least expensive. Really appreciated use of the hotel's internet/computers as well as their telephone. They couldn't do enought to help us.

Liked: It was phenomenal! The room was pristine clean & had an unbelievably gorgeous view of the sea! It was beyond what we would have expected; especially for the price!! It is quite a walk from the center of Sorrento, but well worth it for the price/view - and the breakfast!!
