Liked: The property overall was fine. I was only staying one night. The morning attendant (Aug. 1) was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't make a fair rating above because of the way I was treated on the night (July 31) of my arrival. How could I recommend friends and family to stay somewhere where they may be treated in the same manner.

Disliked: The attendant who worked the night (10:30 pm) of July 31, 2011, was rude and unfriendly. He gave me an uninviting look when I walked in. Read my name from a sheet of paper, asked for a passport, when I gave him the reservation #, (which clerks usually ask for) he got nasty and murmured something. He tossed the key on the counter. I asked, "Is this the room #?" I had to walk up a flight of stairs with two heavy suitcases in the "DARK", he was too mean and uncaring to turn on the lights. In the morning as I was going out for breakfast the morning attendant said, "No breakfast for you?" I said, "Oh, I didn't know that you served breakfast because I wasn't told." This night character is not a good representation of the company. He needs to resolve his issues or not work with the public. The TrenItalia train crew that was also checking in can bear witness to this man's behavior.

Liked: la situación, en frente de la estación de tren y de autobuses. A 15 minutos andando del centro.Trato amable del personal.

Disliked: la habitación podría estar en mejores condiciones

Liked: Very nice clean hotel, lovely bathroom, just what i needed after 4 months in a hostel and still relatively cheap. Right opposite the train station (which is a 15 minute walk from Ortiga).

Disliked: left no negative feedback.

Liked: right across the road from the station and the area felt quite safe which is not usually the case when so near to the station.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
