Liked: the staff were friendly and although they can't speak english, they tried their best to interpret what you require.

Liked: The view from the porch was incredible and the rooms were well kept and inviting. Although it is a slight walk from the center of the historic district, and nobody seemed to have heard of the hotel, not even know where the street it is on, it was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, but be prepared for a hilly hike.

Liked: This is not a standard hostel, but more like a two star hotel. It's located just outside the city gates and is a 10/15minute walk to the centre of the city. Fine for a night or two, but I would have gone nuts if I styed there any longer as there was nobody to talk to.

Liked: The location of this hotel is just outside of the city walls, it's only about a 10 minutes walk to the Piazza del Campo. The staff was really nice and the croissants included in the free breakfast were delicious.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome. The room was clean and neat and the shower was fantastic as well. Location was close to the historic centre. Distance from P.za Il Campo is about 15 mins walk. The staff were freindly. The only downside: This is a hotel and not a hostel so dont expect to have any atmosphere at all.
