Liked: It was in a really good location.

Disliked: No free wifi and the staff didn't really speak english.

Liked: Pretty centrally located, but then again it's Siena and it's small so essentially anything would be.

Disliked: Room was small, as was the bathroom. Definitely not worth what we paid for it.

Disliked: No free internet, no breakfast, tight bathroom.

Liked: La Perlo is very central and the staff are pleasant. The room was very small, especially the bathroom. The hotel was very cramped generally. Also, there were 32 steps up to reception, so beware if you aren't strong.We were disappointed that we could not make tea or coffee for ourselves.

Liked: we were given room on top floor - stunning view over the rooftiles towards San Domenico. Staff spoke good English and were always available.

Liked: Close to the bus station. There is no elevator so you have to pull your luggage for 32 steps by yourself. The Staffs speak Engilsh well except one young lady but it won't be a problem. The room is beautiful and clean although the bathroom is small. Anyway, it's worthy to stay.

Liked: Fantastic location, right in the heart of Siena, very friendly and helpful staff, clean bright room even if a little compact.

Liked: The room was comfortable and very clean. The TV had 3 English speaking stations which was a nice change. The location was excellent. The only negative was the room was above a bar which was very loud at night.
