Liked: the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. the location was great-right near il campo and the bus station. only 2 problems: one, there is no lift. i dont know if this was stated in the description, but its something to be aware of. two, the shower curtain was moldy and kinda gross. but other than that, it was a good place to stay. FREE INTERNET was awesome.

Liked: It is in the very center and surprisingly clean, the staff is also very friendly, definitely recommended.

Liked: Simple, clean and a friendly staff. Great location (half a block from Piazza del Campo) No frills, but we liked it and felt comfortable there. Piazza Indipendenza is noisy late and early (we were facing it) but with windows closed at night and a/c on we slept well.
