Liked: Rooms are cozy and good size. Bathroom is wonderful. The staff is absolutely incredible, will help you plan a trip to the country side or in my case, helped me map out my travel plans in Italy (looking up trains and everything). They are so wonderful and offer a lovely breakfast for free to start out your day. Will definitely stay here again!

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. The desk clerk was very helpful. Everything was clean and in excellent eorking order. Lovely patio and gardens. Close to train station.

Liked: Nicely furnished, comfortable, nice big breakfast Italian style, very friendly and helpful staff who helped us when our car broke down on a Sunday. If we ever come back to Siena, we'll stay there again for sure...

Liked: Much better place than I could normally stay in, on my budget. Breakfast in the terrace room. Nice bathroom/towels. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Sedate but friendly. Pretty much rural location, few minutes to local shops/pharmacy. Handy for buses to Florence. Enjoyed the walk into town, glimpses of Tuscan countryside between buildings.Just for information - you are expressly not expected to take your own food into this hotel.

Liked: Hotel Arcoboleno is definitely more of a hotel than a hostel...the room is quite clean and understated in its decoration. The breakfast was one of the best we experienced in Italy...and super friendly staff.

Liked: Lovely clean modern rooms, great staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant, with an interesting flaming house special on the menu!! A bit of a walk into the historical centre, but easy to find.

Liked: This hotel is wonderful. It is the best hotel for your money I have stayed in yet. Do not let the distance from the city discourage you. The bus is only a five minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel is placed away from the city which makes it more peaceful. Stay here and you will not regret it.

Liked: The Arcobaleno is a very well presented, modern yet quite cosy hotel; the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, good humoured and knowledgeable-there was always someone on hand to help and advise. The rooms were well appointed,cosy and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious, my teenage children ate their own bodyweight in fresh croissants and pastries, washed down with several cafe lattes. The restaurant just below the hotel was excellent value for money and served a good variety of well cooked food. The location was very convenient for us -near enough to walk into the old part of Siena; the position on the main road was a plus factor for us because we were able to access roads by car, North and South of the town, with considerable ease. We would happily recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again.

Liked: The Arcobaleno is the best value for money place I have seen in Italy so far. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotless. The Hotel opens out onto a busy road, but the windows are sound proof and air conditioned. After staying in backpackers for so long, the fluffy white towels, clean sheets and spacious private bathroom were really well recieved at Arcobeleno. The price is around the same as a hostel and your room is serviced daily and includeas a buffet breakfast. The hotel is a 5 minute bus ride into the centre of Siena and the bus stop is just around the corner. Buses run every 5 minutes so don't let the location deter you. You won't regret your stay at Arcobaleno, I couldn't recommend it enough.
