Liked: Very good location--just five minutes from Termini and, while not exactly the most ideal, it was fine for a bed over one night.

Liked: breakfast at the cafe next door was great, even tho it was only a danish and hot milk, but location was sweet when coming from the termini at night, bathrooms were a struggle though.

Liked: The hostel's location for its price: about a 5 minute walk to the station and even closer to another metro stop. It does actually have a kitchen, even though it is badly equipped (i.e. no forks, oven, kettle). But it does have electric hobs, enough pans and a fridge. There is also a lift, which is useful as the hostel is on the 5th floor. There are quite a few showers and the water was never cold. Breakfast is included - don't expect great things - but you do get a bit of food (croissant, jam, bread roll).One big thing we were concerned about was security as all the people in the room are given one key to share; so whoever is last out locks the room. Very trusting of strangers and some people just leave with the key meaning you can't get into your room. Also if you are at the hostel and go to the kitchen/shower the room is totally unsecure. And anyone can walk into the hostel as the main door has no lock and the building is shared with lots of other hotels. You can leave important stuff like passports behind the reception desk (for free), but it is worth bearing in mind that your stuff may not necessarily be that secure. Don't leave anything valuable/important in your room.
