Our friendly and professional Reception staff will welcome you and give you a free map and a Wifi password upon your arrival. The Lobby is very large and you will find lots of comfortable couches to relax, watch TV or read, or get on one of our Guest computers and log on to internet.
At the Reception you can also enquire about Vatican Tours, Rome Tours or book transfers to/from the Airport or the sea-port of Civitavecchia. If you are hungry, and too tired to go out for dinner, we can order you fresh Italian pasta and Pizza and have it delivered to your room.
The Airport of Fiumicino is only a 15 to 20 minute car ride from the Hotel, so it is very convenient for those who have to fly out early in the morning.
To change or cancel your booking you must send a written request via email, not by phone. To avoid being charged the first night of your stay you need to send us your cancellation notification atleast 48 hours (2 days) before your arrival date. Any change or cancellation will be reconfirmed by email.
