Liked: Good location near Rome Termini. The staff was very friendly and customer-oriented (something that is hard to find in Italy). Rooms are small but clean and they have all necessary facilities. Only the quality of noise isolation can be better since I was always waken up by people in adjacent rooms or in the corridor that do simple things like opening doors and I could literally follow conversations from neighbours etc. Overall I was very satisfied by their service and would go there again when on a similar trip to Rome.
