Liked: Stayed here in rome with my fiancee. The place was superb, location great 2 minutes from coliseum, 5 minutes from the metro. Nice cafes and places to eat around near the accommodation. The host Lorenzo was very helpful. Giving us maps, telling us which bus to take. Beds nice and comfy, very quiet place, nice and clean. Higly reccomended!!

Liked: Loved the location in Central Rome so near everything. Loved the free wifi, the lovely breakfasts and lovely clean quiet room. Best of all loved Lorenzo. He was so kind and friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to organize us an early breakfast when we were leaving early for a tour and carefully explained how to use the Metro and where to eat etc.

Liked: The location was convenient and the staff was very polite. Additionally wi fi was available.

Disliked: It would have been nice to have more of a variety for breakfasts, but it was very nice having breakfast provided nonetheless.

Liked: Great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, rooms were always clean, Walking distance to most of the key attractions, next to metro and bus routes. Walking distance from Termini station, Good breakfast.

Liked: The owner was great! He brought us breakfast to our room, let us store our luggage until check-out and answered any question we may have had. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant experience.

Liked: This property was in a wonderful location! The owners were fantastic and they seemed to really care about your stay in this wonderful city. They gave us a map upon arrival of bus routes etc. It was just a wonderful stay all around. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Rome next time.

Disliked: The traffic was noisy but I didn't mind. Some people might though. But that's what you get if you stay on Via Cavour.

Liked: It was very good, feelt like staying in a friend's house. Feelt very safe this was my biggest concern because of traveling alone, but it was very good. Lorenso gave me all his recomendations on the city, were to go, were was better to eat or buy things. I absolutelly recomend this place =)

Liked: This lovely accomodation was perfect for our stay in Rome. Location is perfect, less than 3 mins walk from the Colosseum. The neighbourhood is very safe. The room is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and bright. The bed was really comfortable. The owner, was very welcoming and friendly, and a tremendous help to us. The only thing is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

Liked: Staff was so friendly! He stayed late to wait for us, gave us a map with great directions on where to eat/not eat, best way to get around the city, etc. He brought us a good, large breakfast in our room every morning. It's a great location near the Colosseum and lots of dining. It was clean, convenient and we felt safe.

Disliked: It was on a main street, so slightly noisy, but not a big deal.

Liked: Lorenzo was an amazing host. Was very helpful in showing us the map and telling us where to go and how to get there. He was very accommodating and very friendly. It was a wonderful experience.

Liked: This is an excellent place to stay in Rome. Excellent location in the heart of Rome, 100 metres away from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Piazza Venezia, and few minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. Fantastic inexpensive restaurants nearby. Lorenzo the owner was incredible, he was real helpful explaining to us all that we needed to see and do in Rome. Italian breakfast sent to our room was delicious. Free Internet (WIFI). The room and the bathroom were always clean and really comfortable. Awesome place. I would definitely visit Rome and stay here again...

Liked: Only 10 minute walk from central station, 5 minute walk from Colisseum. 2 minute walk from many restaurants etc. In other words: Location was perfect! The room was basically a 4 star hotel - own TV, ensuite, free wi-fi etc. Manager was EXTREMELY helpful....he answered every 'touristy' question we had, and even arranged for breakfast when we left very early on our final morning.

Disliked: Only downside is more expensive than a usual hostel. Having said that, considering it was basically a 4 star hotel it could be argued it was amazingly cheap!!! No card payment - Rooms had to be paid for in cash (but there was a cash machine literally at the front door!)

Liked: This isn't as much of a "hotel" as staying in a room in a flat which made out trip nice and quiet as we never saw any other guests! The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including packing us a breakfast to go on the day we left before 6:30 am on a tour to Pompei. Overall excellent - lovely location, easy to find, lovely room.

Disliked: The shower was tiny tiny tiny - my boyfriend is a tall guy and he could barely fit in there!

Disliked: I was told that I owed 360 euros and when I got there I was told I owe 395. That's the only real bad thing.
