Downtown accommodation is a family-run guest house, we offer a home away from home atmosphere with no curfew, free city maps, clean towels and linen, tourist information, arrangement of tours, taxi and rooms are cleaned daily. Beds are extremely comfortable with new and great quality mattresses and 4 rooms facing on the street with double soundproofing windows of double glass offer a good stay with a fairly priced continental breakfast available.
It is a pleasure to host you; we guarantee we’ll our best to make your stay as pleasant as it could be.

Accommodation Information

All our 6 rooms have a private shower, toilet, TV, safety box, hairdryer, heating and air conditioning in the room (air conditioning comes at an extra charge of 5 Euros per night per room); a free Wi-Fi internet connection is also available in the room.
Payment is in cash, thanks!
Please note, 2 Euros per person per night city tax of Rome will be payable upon arrival.

Location Information

Located in the heart of Rome, 3 minutes’ walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
We’re a short walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona and 15 minutes’ walk to the Termini train station.
It is close and well connected to public transport , close to the metro B (Cavour) stop, bus 75 and 84’s stop (next to us) 10 minutes by bus to the Vatican city, restaurants, bar, supermarket , laundry service , post office and museums nearby.
