Liked: It's a little hostel very nice. The staff are really cool !! The rooms are clean. The hostel is located near the "termini". You can ask the staff everything and they will help you (where to eat not very expensive, where to go for a drink...). As everybody has said it before, the capuccino is very good!.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: I really loved cozy and quiet atmosphere of the room, and a very italian style breakfast (croissant & cappucino) at the cafeteria near the hotel, just one block away, and it's included your room fee. I got to say all the staffs were very friendly, I was solo traveller, who was very unprepared for sightseeing. I hardly knew what to see, where to go. but staff were very helpful to tell me where to go, what to eat, they were easygoing, made me very comportable. The day I arrived, they gave me a bottle of wine as a gift. so I could have very good night and be relaxed. There's no kitchen facility but one vending machine, which you can buy a bottle of water, some snacks at anytime.

Liked: The rooms were nice enough, not too small & with a good bathroom. The free breakfast at the cafe around the corner was a lovely touch!

Disliked: Internet only worked othe ground floor, which was a problem if that wasn't where your room was. There was no common area to sit in while using the internet so you were left sitting on the floor in the reception room.

Liked: Reasonable price, good location, great cappuchino for the breakfast :-)

Disliked: Triple room was to small. Noise insulation could be better. Hot and cold water disappeared in the mornings but after a while came back again.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were very nice although they did forget my wake up call. The free breakfast is at a great little cafe around the corner. Fairly near to the train station.

Disliked: No shower curtain, and its on a fairly load street so you have to shut the window. The air conditioning did not work but luckily it wasnt to hot when I was there at the end on september

Liked: Really good staff, told where and what is the best way of going somewhere. Location excellent - near Termini station and two other metro stations.

Disliked: So dearthy room. Curtains with something like coffee on them. And floor so unclean, with sand.

Liked: The location is strategic, close to the termini station and the shuttle buses to the airport. It is also close to the english tourist information office at via marghera, 8. Sara and Ali are helpful. The view from my room in the fifth floor was magnificent showing Porta Pia. The breakfast at the nearby cafe(Cappuccino and croissant) is nice too .

Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning.

Liked: Good location, not far from station and city center.

Disliked: Directions are missleading. Air conditioner didn't work, TV didn't work, very noisy street every day long. Breakfast is only one crossan with coffe and you get it outside the hotel in a coffe bar. Room is worn out, furniture is dodgy and old style design (not in a good way).

Liked: 5 minute walk to the train station.

Disliked: There were big bugs in the bed. I don't think they were bedbugs, they almost looked like ticks, but there were a lot of them. I ended up sleeping in a chair. There were also ants on the floor. The bathroom wasn't in the best shape, either. Wifi isn't available in your room. Definitely would not recommend this place, one of, if not the worst places I've stayed in two months of travelling.

Liked: I liked possibility that you can take an elevator to a 5 floor. Especially, i liked a breakfast that we had in the bar near the hotel Lella.

Disliked: I was dissapointed with fact that we didn't have a wireless in our room. There weren't any warm water, and it wasn't a problem for us, but for someone who comes in winter months would be.

Liked: The room was small but tidy. The shower was clean and worked. The drain didn't clog or get plugged up.

Disliked: There are NO Amenities. It cannot be called a hotel. It is not a standalone place, it is part of a residential building that houses other entities. Maybe it should be renamed to a guesthouse, at most. The WiFi works only in the tiny "lobby" which is a room in a former apartment. The elevator is truly ancient and is used by the staff during the day so it's hard getting up and down the steep stairs. There is no secure luggage storage. The TV and AC remotes missing - so I could not sure. Bad noise insulation and loud traffic from street. There were ants in the room (though this doesn't bother me as much). There is no character. As you can tell by the low price, there is not much activity in the area at night, it's almost a dead zone.

Liked: EVERYTHING. the people working there were very kind and helpful, and the room was extremely good value for the price. breakfast was a delicious coffee and pastry at a local cafe, and the hotel was near enough to a subway station to make getting around convenient and easy. therte was also a cool old-fashioned elevator.

Disliked: there were a few small ants. other than that, nothing.

Liked: Cheap and not too far from termini, decent room for the money for sure.

Disliked: No stand up shower really, just the tub with the hose deal. Also did not accept Visa so had to go find a bancomat.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Tv and Air conditioning broken. Ants came out of the wall and got in all of our suitcases. Hostel bookers.com only allowed for bookings of either 2 or 4 people. When the three of us arrived they gave us a triple room yet still charged for four... the Hostel was not fully booked.

Liked: I would be very suprised if anyone say that they like this property.The reason being,it is old, and hardly fits the bill to be an accomodation.

Disliked: A lot of things.Firstly,the shower only is hot for 5 minutes.After that duration,it is cold shower.Blankets not provided,only curtains were.Breakfast was just one cheapest coffee and a crossiant.Internet wifi was quite bad in rooms. You lose connection all the time.
