Liked: Es un hotel centrico y el barrio es muy bonito. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios turísticos. En un principio piensas donde me he metido, pero al final sales contento. El Wc es pequeño, pero para ir a dormir esta MUY BIEN. Roma es para pasear y el hotel es lo de menos. Para pasar cuatro dias esta PERFECTE. precio razonable y adecuado

Disliked: El WC pequeño, pero bien.

Liked: Nice place. Good quality for this price. Room was clean and stuff was friendly and helpfull. Location is also good. It isn`t in the "center":) of city center but almost everything you can rich without using Metro:)))) We also went to Vatican and it was about 40 minutes walk. Colloseum is about 15 minuts away. And the bigest metro station is like 5 minutes walk. I have loved this hotel and I will recomended it to my firends.

Disliked: Nothing!!!

Liked: Everything - not your average hostel, this is much closer to a hotel! We stayed for a stag do, and expected nothing, but were so pleased!

Liked: I never liked this property.

Disliked: Firstly, they had bed bugs. I was bitten by bed bugs here and I brought them home so I had to throw away almost everything I had in my room and move out. It was one of the most terrible disaster in my life. I regret to have stayed in this filthy hotel that grow bed bugs in their beds. DO NOT stay here if you don't want to sleep on a bed bug-infested bed. Secondly, the location was very bad. You cannot walk to most of the sights. Lastly, the water was not warm enough sometimes.

Liked: The one thing I liked about Hotel Lella is that it wasn't too far away from the train station.

Disliked: I disliked almost everything about Hotel Lella. First of all they tell you that it is closer to the train station than it really is. Second of all the heat is blasted and everyone, not only my friend and I were sweating throughout the night. Also, I requested a private double. I did get one... however it was in a building that was not even part of the actual building of Hotel Lella and was being referred to by another name of a B&B on the front door. The room was filthy. There were hairs and pubic hairs all in the sheets and the comforter had giant brown stains ALL over it. The bathroom had mold all over every wall and the ceiling had holes. Also, there was no hot water and there was a grimy residue on the floor. My friend and I had to request that the room and bathroom be cleaned while we went out. Luckily the employee took the matter seriously and handled it asap. Our room was cleaned and so was the bathroom. However the other problems still continued.

Liked: Cleanliness and friendly nature of Staff/ Mr Ali was really friendly and helpful. We also got a free wine as a compliment from the hostel, that was Good :)

Disliked: No kitchen, for me it is not a bug deal, compensating this you get a breakfast in other hotel which is 5-10 min walk from hostel, next to Roma Termini.

Liked: Very friendly staff, Ali is an amazing guy, helpful and friendly. After the two days in the filthy B&B where we were sent to, he arranged a great room for us.

Disliked: When we arrived, there seemed to be some problems with the room we'v had booked. We were sent to another guesthouse, some kind of B&B which has the most awful and filthy bathroom, with no hot water. The room itself was nice and clean, but we were very happy to go back to the real Lella guesthouse after 2 days.

Liked: Location, Close to Rome termini station. excellent restaurants within walking distance

Disliked: I was unable to ascertain exactly how to get the offered breakfast. On enquiring I was given a ticket and told to go outside "left and left". There was nowhere there where I could get my promised breakfast, so I went to a local bar.

Liked: It's a little hostel very nice. The staff are really cool !! The rooms are clean. The hostel is located near the "termini". You can ask the staff everything and they will help you (where to eat not very expensive, where to go for a drink...). As everybody has said it before, the capuccino is very good!.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: I really loved cozy and quiet atmosphere of the room, and a very italian style breakfast (croissant & cappucino) at the cafeteria near the hotel, just one block away, and it's included your room fee. I got to say all the staffs were very friendly, I was solo traveller, who was very unprepared for sightseeing. I hardly knew what to see, where to go. but staff were very helpful to tell me where to go, what to eat, they were easygoing, made me very comportable. The day I arrived, they gave me a bottle of wine as a gift. so I could have very good night and be relaxed. There's no kitchen facility but one vending machine, which you can buy a bottle of water, some snacks at anytime.

Liked: The rooms were nice enough, not too small & with a good bathroom. The free breakfast at the cafe around the corner was a lovely touch!

Disliked: Internet only worked othe ground floor, which was a problem if that wasn't where your room was. There was no common area to sit in while using the internet so you were left sitting on the floor in the reception room.

Liked: Reasonable price, good location, great cappuchino for the breakfast :-)

Disliked: Triple room was to small. Noise insulation could be better. Hot and cold water disappeared in the mornings but after a while came back again.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were very nice although they did forget my wake up call. The free breakfast is at a great little cafe around the corner. Fairly near to the train station.

Disliked: No shower curtain, and its on a fairly load street so you have to shut the window. The air conditioning did not work but luckily it wasnt to hot when I was there at the end on september

Liked: Really good staff, told where and what is the best way of going somewhere. Location excellent - near Termini station and two other metro stations.

Disliked: So dearthy room. Curtains with something like coffee on them. And floor so unclean, with sand.
