Liked: It is nice and cozy , there is plenty of character in the rooms.

Disliked: You have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to recption unless you want to take the small elovator. But excerice is always good !

Liked: Lovely room, felt like we were in Rome ! Lady was very friendly at front desk which always helps when your travelling long days. Great location, just a couple of blocks back from the main train station and central of city. Breakfast was provided by token to use up the road at a cafe, which was nice but not alot to eat.

Disliked: John left no negative feedback.

Liked: Close to train statiion. Had own shower.

Disliked: The TV didn't work. Staff were not helpful with even the simpliest request to identify a location. Staff refused to help recharge appliances. Breakfast was a coffee and Criosant only and it was located in a restaurant 2 streets away.

Liked: Was located just 10mins from the termini station. The room was very beautiful and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: The breakfast was a token to a nearby bar, which wasnt enough (one croissant and 1 coffee/tea- chocolate not included)

Liked: It was very close to Termini Station and another subway stop. I felt safe walking to and from Termini at any time. The some of the restaurants nearby are decently priced compared to the rest of the city. The receptionist was very nice. They also watched the luggage after I checked out which saved me from carrying luggage all around Rome for the day. The room was nice. Great value.

Disliked: It did have a slight smell of cigarettes but that smell never truly goes away! The bathroom was ok but the shower was tiny!!! Oh and for some reason, it could have been the room I had, there was hardly any outlets. I had to unplug the fridge to charge my camera.

Liked: I loved that the hotel was safe and the staff were very helpful, and I loved the very old fashioned lift! Breakfast is around the corner in a little cafe bar, which is quite nice. Best of all is Cristina's location - a few minutes away from the Termini where the shuttle bus from the airport stops. This hostel is very good value for money.

Disliked: There's sometimes a smell of cigarettes.

Liked: So we ended up booking two nights at Cristina Hostel and when we arrived to the establishment which is literally a 5 minute straight walk from the Termini Station in Rome, the receptionist escorted us to a neighboring 3 star hotel it has an affiliation with and upgraded us to a lovely room complete with a full bath and wireless internet service. It was incredible! And the best part is the price stayed the same! Breakfast was included, towels, hot water, housekeeping. It was the best decision I ever made.

Disliked: Everything was commendable, nothing to dislike.

Liked: Great location - 5 minute walk from Termini train station. Rooms were clean and internet was free. The staff were helpful.

Disliked: The hotel ordered a taxi for us as we had an early morning flight. However, it didn't arrive because it "broke down" and the company didn't think to send us a new one. The staff were very helpful in trying to organise us another one, but I would have to question their choice of taxis. We got to the airport just in time, but it caused us a bit of stress.

Liked: it has a great location just few minutes away from station. in our room there were minibar and water heater. Decoration is so romantic :) except traffic noise everything was ok if i go rome again i will absolutely stay there!

Liked: Very good hotel. Good internet access, good location, nice staff. Nicely decorated room, clean.

Disliked: Poor air conditioning. Essential as Italy is very hot in summer!!

Liked: location, walkable to Rome Termini station. coupons provided for Breakfast at Roberto Bar 2 was very good. Bed was comfortable, though a bit narrower and shorter then the twin beds in north america

Disliked: The only thing we did not like and prevented us from recommendation to friends is the air conditioning. It was not sufficient.

Liked: Room was clean and about 10 minutes walk from the main rail station. The room was nicely decorated.

Disliked: The room was very very small and half the furnitures were old & broken. The person (probably the owner) at the reception was unfriendly although his wife was very helpful about touristic information. The breakfast was bare minimal and at a shop which was 5 mins walk. I wish the elevator was little bigger. Also they charged us about extra 10 euro declaring that it was some kind of city tax or something similar.

Liked: Free wifi, helpful staff, comfortable bed, great location.

Disliked: Thought it was a bit expensive for what I got--TV did not work, obvious plastering job, stains on ceiling, poor air conditioning, smell of smoke in main room although it is no-smoking.
