Starting from the 1 January 2011, Rome City Council will ask for a overnight accommodation tax, which will be 2 Euros per person per night ( 10 nights maximum ). This fee is not included in the hotel rate and must be paid in cash at check -in time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We will hold your credit card only for a guarantee on your reservation. Please note, there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by FAX or E-MAIL within 2 days before your scheduled date of arrival .If you don't cancel your reservation within 2 days , and if you don't arrive ,we will charge a no show fee on your credit card, which is the room rate for the first night.

The reservation cannot be cancelled and full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged.
Payment: A deposit paid is non-refundable Full payment for your stay is required at check-in, only in cash

Accommodation Information

Our hotel can offer only rooms with ensuite bathrooms all with, TV satellite, fridge in each room, free wi-fi internet, and free maps of the city.
Some rooms have a view on the garden (only on request)
We offer some budget rooms (these rooms have an ensuite bathroom, but are not so big like a standard rooms)

Location Information

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is possible after 8:00 A.M. but your room may not be ready before 11:30 A.M. If you arrive earlier than that, you can check-in and store your luggage in the hall until your room is ready. Check-out on the day of departure is at 10:00 am. If you have a late train or flight, you can store your luggage at the hall .This service is free and is possible until 17:00 o'clock of your departure day.
