Liked: The staff were friendly.

Disliked: There was a lot of noise really late at night and really early in the morning, the staff spoke really loud.

Liked: the reception woman is very helpful. Everything worked on time. The room offers a good base. Everything you need is inside. Our doubble had its own bathroom. It was clean. The sheets were changed every day.

Disliked: On the second day we didn't have any warm water anymore in the evening. The room was dark. We could hear the street through the windows. To cover the intermitting noises of the big streat, we switched on the ventilator, which gave us a continuous rumour so that we could sleep. The night gardean is very unfriendly while we were very polite.

Disliked: Everything. The day I wanted to leave, I had to leave at 7 am from the hostel. But there was no one until 8 am tio attend me.

Liked: Location is perfect, very convenient, jusy few mins walk to main train station (termini station).

Disliked: Reception was very helpful and friendly. But we have some problem with an old man in Caput Mundi, he was very rude talked with us.

Liked: no internet. no english available. shower with freezing cold water in the morning. no heater, no room check in at 11:00.. but large and clean room and funny owner

Liked: Very friendly staff during the day, small rooms, table by the bed was found very dirty. I didn't like the bathroom, dirty walls and shower working unproperly. Close to Roma Termini, so easy to get to any part of the city and short walked to Coliseo. Good price. Good breakfast (brioche and coffee).

Liked: The hotel is very good. Near the train station with a all the facilities and very easy to go walking to the attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Liked: The woman that worked during the day is excellent, friendly, and great at speaking english. The night guard is terrible. Location is outside the historical sites, but it is practically touching Termini, so it is easy to get to.

Liked: Located next to the main train station and room was spacious. The reception lady was friendly and helped where she could. However, the room seemed quite humid and lacked airflow. The reception was always very smoky which sometimes filtered into our room.
