Liked: We really liked everything about this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty standard but well kept up.

Disliked: There were a lot of stairs, but that wasn't really a problem for us.

Disliked: the hidden rooms inside different buildings and also the cleaning didn't seem to be properly done. Room furniture is very old. Wifi internet didn't work

Disliked: The guy gave me a wrong password for wifi access. then I called him to ask for it again and he insisted I was doing it wrong... 5th floor no elevator.

Liked: Excellent air conditioning.

Disliked: Our room was on the 5th floor with no elevator, so that was a lot to walk up every day.. And the location is on the outskirts of town, but there is a subway stop very near by.

Liked: All the staff was very helpful. The location is far enough fromn Termini station to be quieter, but near enough to be able to enjoy the transport on offer at Termini. The rooms were clean and one did not have to sk for anything - it was already done.

Disliked: The breakfast can remain a low cost one but could be slightly better quality. Could offer more English Language TV channels.

Liked: Very nice place, with good location, nice streets. atmospheric location.We had 5 rooms booked, 2 room in the 5th floor...large steps, fitness program after pizza:), nice staff, we will come back!

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and some have a balcony with a nice view. Also the breakfast is ok, however, it would be nice to have some cheese or sausages, not only jam/marmalade/honey. Not everybody likes sweet breakfast!

Liked: Acceptable. Had to walk up 4 floors to my room, then past 3 other doors to get to my room. I wouldn't stay there again. But it was ok for the money.

Liked: There was a restoration outside of the hotel. We were not allowed to open the windows. Location was good.

Liked: The stairs suck! No lift. Breakfast is average. Internet is only one computer during specific hours. Security went way overboard - too many doors to lock!!

Liked: The service was exceptional, and we were given a free upgrade for our room even though we arrived earlier than check-in time. This is our choice for our next trip to Rome.

Liked: Walkable distance to main train station and metro station. Simple breakfast provided. Some hotel rooms located in the next residencial building on the 4th and 5th floor. NO LIFTS!
