Liked: Location was amazing, right in the heart of Trastevere. Excellent daily cleaning service. Cozy rooms with big beds.

Disliked: Paper thin walls. Very noisy in the morning when people are sealing andd administration is operating phone calls directly outside of your door considering the hotel consists of one hallway and 8 rooms. But great value overall.

Liked: the location

Disliked: there was no one at the hotel when I came to check in so we waited outside ringing the gate door for 45 min. the air conditioner was constantly turned off when it was extremely hot. there was no staff present at the hotel to answer any questions or help with anything.

Liked: No one on reception which was a problem. Poor facilities. Not a good place if you were traveling alone as there is no communal area to meet others. The breakfast is at 7:30 no later, so we never go to thave breakfast. The rooms are very noisy as the walls are very thin. On the plus side the room was clean, spacious and the location was great.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Cleaning, change of towels, fridge, location, breakfast at a bar next to, "hotel luxury" such as soap and shampoo.

Liked: wi-fi and cafe next door. complimentary breakfast was wonderful--your choice of espresso drink and a range of roman cornetti. the staff was very friendly. the location is a bit out of the way, if you don't know your way around rome, but it's very close to the heart of trastevere, which i consider the heart of rome (aside from the ancient sites, of course).
