Liked: We (me and my girfriend) stayed there for wonderful 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so nice and cleaned every day. The price was same like in the cheapest hostels (own double-bed room), but the service was on higher level! The breakfasts were absolutely great - original italiano espresso or cappuccino (or tea), delicious fresh croissants and other Italian sweets as many you can eat, butter, jam, orange juice and also packed hotel crispy toasts. Location is also good - not noisy, very close to Termini station - c. 300 meters to underground and also close to Colosseum (c. 15 minutes of walking). In spite of that in Rome was only about 4°C and our last day of stay was snowing (second time per last 26 years!) in the room was warm temperature enought - there is heating (what is not so usual in the Rome) and also air condition which can heat until 30°C. Overall we want to suggest to everyone! We enjoyed it there so much! :) Grazie, arrivederci!

Disliked: Maybe only little that when is many people in the room for breakfast, the staff slowly refill the baskets with croissants. But when I came to staff to the bar, directly behind that room, the gave me it immediately.

Liked: Good location, very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Disliked: Though I have made a reservation for a twin bed what I got was double room. In addition wireless connection is available only in common room though you can use it with a low signal while freaking out in your room.

Liked: i have to say that the location is just perfect if you have roma pass the hotel is 5 minutes by walk to the station you can go wherever you want whenever you need,close to city attractions and proximity to central station makes things easier(supermarkets restaurants bars,alsa you dont need to get up so early to catch the trains:D) breakfast is quite good for the price rooms are clean and internet was free,friendly staff they tried to help whenever we need.

Disliked: can be a little bit noisy but if the windows are closed it's okay!

Liked: This hotel is a perfect place, if you are planning to travel around the country because it is very-very close to the train station Termini. If you have a train for example at 8-25, you can easily have a breakfast at the hotel (which starts from 8-00) and than go to the train. You will have enough time. As for rooms, they are ok for those who need them as a place to sleep and take a shower.

Disliked: There are no TV channels in English

Liked: The room is quite big. The location is good (close to the metro), and in fact, if you don't mind, you can simply walk to most of the historical sites.

Disliked: not really. one thing that's irrelevant to the hotel but might be helpful to your stay: the hotel is near the train station, an area where you need to be cautious!!! my camera was stolen the third night when I stayed in rome near the station when two men pretended to greet me and sadly I was not cautious enough.......

Liked: Excellent location. easy access to metro, buses and trains. worth the money paid for.

Disliked: the breakfast was unvaried. rather difficult to eat the same for several days in a row

Liked: The room was simple and clean. Excellent location for the train station, so ideal if you just need it for an early train.

Disliked: It's not on a very main road but you can hear the traffic clearly. Not for light sleepers. I wouldn't recommend it for a full stay in Rome, but it is fine for a night if you only need to be near the train station. It's expensive for what it is, especially as a single traveller.

Disliked: Not a great place to meet other people, room was not always perfectly clean and sheets weren't changed at all during our whole stay (week)

Liked: It had a good central location from which you could walk to Rome's historical centre or the metro line. The staff were always friendly and ready to help.

Disliked: The local area in which the hotel is located is less than desirable and we certainly we did not feel safe walking to and from the hostel at night. The bathroom was really dirty and although we were given fresh towels each day the actual facilities were cracked and dirty. When an argument broke out between a couple at 4.30pm in the morning none of the staff were on hand to quieten them down which meant everyone on their floor was woken to this noise including a family with small children.

Liked: my room was pretty amazing, we had top floor so we had nice high ceilings, also sunken bedroom flooring, and we had amazing terrace view of a church across the street, great sun, super nice.

Disliked: location is known to be sketchy just because it is in the same area as the Termini Rail station, but don't let the neighborhood fool you the hotel is quite a deal, I'd stay again next time if it wasn't for the location though.

Liked: Fantastic location less than 5 minutes from the train/subway station that is a hub for the metro lines and will take you anywhere in the city. Rooms are small but well furnished, free wi-fi is a plus and you always feel safe at the hotel.

Liked: It was just everything you could ask for, at least for the little money it costs:-A fantastic location near Termini station;-Large and comfortable rooms, private bathrooms (!);- Very good breakfast (wide choice, croissant, bread and coffee or cappuccino, or tea, then free buffet with milk, juice, jam, corn flakes and other stuff.-Staff is friendly.

Disliked: Maybe the surrounding area isn't the best place to hang out late, expecially for girls alone, but still, if you avoid anything stupid, it sounds safe enough.

Liked: i liked the friendliness of the staff and the people staying there! i also liked how close we were to the termini and the bus stop.

Disliked: the area was not the safest area. one night i was coming back and a guy tried to attack me and push his way through the door. luckily for me i punched him in the face and bit him and the hotel manager came down and chased him. other than that i wasnt scared before that.
