Liked: It was kept clean and tidy. good looking also! The internet in the whole hotel, staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I Totally recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The only thing I didnt like was the cramped shower, I was bumping all the time with the walls and the faucet with my elbows.

Liked: staff was extremely friendly, facilities were clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. definitely would go there again :)

Liked: Nice, clean hotel with TV, a hot shower...and a bidet, if you're up for that sort of thing! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even staffers who did not speak much English were very communicative, and considerate in helping us store our bags, get onto the Internet and everything. There's also a simple, but quite nice, free breakfast buffet included, which was nice. Nice, short walk to/from the train station, too.

Disliked: Nothing, really. This is a great place to stay to see the wonderful sights in Ravenna.

Liked: Very clean and Very close to the train station in Ravenna. I felt very safe and would recommend this hotel to any one! It was lovely!
