Liked: Very close to the Station and ofcourse to the city center. Rooms were very clean. Their reception were very cordial and helpful. They justified to the money we pay and professionalism.

Disliked: My only dislike was the shared bathroom and toilet, especially when we visit with our family members. Otherwise really fantastic.

Liked: Location is perfect for the way to the leaning tower from the central station. Hotel staffs are so kind and breakfast is also good. Room is clean, tidy and very stylish. I'm really satisfied with this hotel. Fantastic. I can strongly recommend you to stay here!

Liked: A clean place near to railway station, helpfull staff, a good breakfast. I don't recommed walking there from the airport at nighttime. A quite quiet room at nighttime, not much noise.

Disliked: The room was very simply, but the view to street was beautiful.

Liked: Luggage storage facilities good. Quiet room even though it over looks the train station. Easy to find.

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff who spoke English quite well. Location is excellent: easy and fast to get everywhere. The bus stop to the airport is about 20 meters away. Adequate breakfast and nice atmosphere in the breakfast room. Amenities in the ensuite bathroom as well as hairdryer. There are fast food places and an internet point close to the hotel and a tabaccheria, where you can buy bus tickets. We loved our stay here and relaxed.

Disliked: You can hear the road- air- and rail traffic in the rooms, so you may need ear plugs in order to get sleep. But ear plugs will solve this problem.

Liked: It was chosen for its location, both convenient for the Airport & Railway Station. It is also only a 10 minute walk up to the river & main shopping and restaurant area

Liked: Nice staff and very conveniently located.

Disliked: The room was a bit musty and dark, but the air conditioning worked fine.

Liked: The location is good. The breakfast is enough for being full.

Disliked: The receptionist (man) refused our Belgian ID cards 'NOT VALID IN ITALY' ! and asked us our passports. The receptionist (lady) was helpful and introduced us a good pizzeria. Only one bathroom and toilet for one floor, so when someone was having a shower you had to go to the other floor for toilet. Noisy. You can count people walking in the saloon.

Liked: Good location for interrailers - close to the railwaystation. Very nice and friendly staff! Nice breakfast if you compare it to hostels which usually cost the same. Good budget choice.

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful.

Disliked: The rails of the nearby train station are close behind the hotel and that is why it can become noisy from time to time. The toilet/ bath has to be shared.

Disliked: No elevator made it difficult with big suitcase and a small staircase.

Liked: Very close to train station, good breakfast.

Disliked: Property and rooms are in a bad shape (much worse than in pictures), it was quite cold but no heating and air-conditioner didn't work, bed was not comfortable.
