Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable, and great value. Quite close to restaurants and shops with a little walk, but otherwise a great location.

Liked: The Hotel was ideal for a short break to take in the sights of Pisa, the location was a short walk to the Tower. The staff were helpfull and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay, excellent value for money!

Liked: We ended up being moved to a 3 star hotel across the road with a private room all for the same price. This was really nice but I can´t actually comment on Hotel Primavera itself.

Liked: The hostel had character and felt Italian which enhanced our trip. It was also located in a quiet stree both close to the centre in one direction and close to the train station in the other.

Liked: The owner was very nice, like most of the Italians that we dealt with. She made a killer breakfast spread, complete with scrambled eggs. Also the location is great, right off the main plaza.

Liked: Because of a change in our flight time we arrived very early - the staff looked after us and made the room ready hours before we should have checked in. Very kind of them to do this.
