Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location!

Disliked: Bathroom was quite compact, but this is common in this region.

Liked: Very helpfull staff and perfekt location. Clean and ok room. A nice balcony!

Disliked: Soundisolation was quite bad, we could hear clearly people talking on the stairs and other rooms.

Liked: The staff was nice, the room had a nice balcony.

Disliked: It wasn't very modern (shower, toilet a bit worn down... not exactly unclean though).

Liked: Excellent location, very close to Campo di Miracoli, but not at all noisy. Extremely helpful English speaking receptionists, who were more than willing to look after our luggage, both before we checked in and after we had checked out. and to provide helpful advice. Clean and functional room and en-suite. Small but pleasant second floor patio at rear of hotel, above a quiet street, with a good view of the top half of the leaning tower. Patio was off the somewhat "clinical" residents' lounge. The availability of a lift was very useful, in what is a relatively small hotel. No food or drinks available in hotel, but numerous options within a couple of minutes walk.

Disliked: Kettle and (plastic) mugs in room, but as the hotel didn't mention tea/coffee making facilities being available, we didn't expect them. We were however confused as to why they provided a kettle and mugs, with no tea, coffee, sugar, etc.. I did mean to ask reception why we would want to boil a kettle of water. Residents' lounge also had a water heater only.

Liked: Proximity to duomo, leaning tower and restaurants

Disliked: no electricity or water when we arrived although it came back after some pressure on the owner/manager. Air conditioning noisy.

Liked: perfect location near to the Leaning Tower and clean with refrigerator :)

Disliked: towels are not comfortable for me, they were like paper. this is the only thing i didn't like.

Liked: Common room area, with balcony, was very nice and comfortable.

Disliked: Perfectly serviceable hotel, but much more expensive than other places we'd stayed and didn't offer anything more really.

Liked: Lovely patio right off the room where you can sit. It's shared with the adjacent room which could be awkward if you don't like your neighbors but it was nice to have such an amenity. Rooms are small but the air conditioning worked beautifully and was whisper quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly and two out of three spoke English.

Liked: very conveniently situated - close to Tower and eating places. Generous sized room, tastefully furnished, good quality linen and towels, large screen TV with some English language channels, excellent facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities an absolute bonus.
