Liked: The staff, in particular one man on reception, were extremely helpful, and understood and spoke English very well. Only gripe was the lift didn't work most of the time we were there (hotel is on the 2nd floor) but was not a direct responsibility of the hotel (it was an 8 floor building with residential floors and an other hotel).
