Liked: Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, and free wifi too. Also very close to the station, less than a 5 minute walk, and easy to find.

Disliked: Upon arrival we were met by a male member of staff who was far from friendly and helpful. We literally were pretty much given our key and told where to go, and that was about it. No info about breakfast, wifi etc, didn't take any money from us for the room which isn't a bad thing, but also didn't tell us when or how we should pay. He didn't even crack a smile! Ultimately we didn't feel very welcome at this hotel, although the hotel itself was nice, and the other two male members of staff were friendly (Antonio and Mariano if we are not mistaken). The location is good, however, the actual surroundings and location of the hotel aren't the prettiest, and arguably aren't the safest. However, Police presence was high. Free wifi was good too, however it didn't work on our floor as signal wasn't strong enough and we were on the floor beneath the main part of the hotel.

Liked: Aside from no facilities for your own cooking, Hotel Zara is perfect. Friendly staff, walking distance to train station, buses, shops, etc.

Liked: The place is close Central Station, but the area aparentelly is not safe. Dipends day could my noisy. Take care if go out at night.

Liked: Antonio, the guy on staff, was awesome! So friendly and helpful. Plus, it's a VERY short walk from the Nap.Centrale train station which is good. Only bad part is that this entire area (train station, hostel, etc.) is not in a very good or safe part of Naples. Just need to be extremely careful, especially females!
