Liked: Information centre for tourists is near the hotel.
Disliked: It seems we had the smallest room in the hotel (we ordered twin room). There were no even glasses in the room. A bit disappointed in Italian breakfast (not only in this hotel, but in other 3* hotels in Italy).

Liked: Very nice and clean. Nice rooms with Air Con, but you had to pay 5 Euro per night for it. Secure and central.

Liked: The whole place was a hugely positive surprise after entering from the suspicious-looking street.. friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, a great value for the money!

Liked: We had a school group who were all arranged together in rooms around our own lobby. Mc Donalds was nearby so students had something familiar to faal back on if they were picky about food. The location didn't feel safe so our students socialised in and around the hotel which was a good thing, they knew better than to wander off. Very central for sightseeing

Liked: friendly staff; it has a place like a livin room in the upper floor, there you could smoke and it was pretty nice. It looks very serious.

Liked: This is like an inn not a hostel... the room was really confortable and the place is really cosy and tidy... but it's a very calm place totally different from the idea of hostel.. it's a more familylike place!
